We recognise that for most of our customers the most important people in our organisation are the support workers with whom they have regular contact. This is why we involve our customers in the recruitment, training and the on-going appraisal of their support staff. We aim to recruit staff with the same values and interests of the people they are supporting.
Linda has over 30 years experience of working in the health and social care sector. She has managed residential care homes and community based support for vulnerable adults throughout her career. She is a registered Nurse and holds management and health and social care qualifications.
Office Manager / Care Co-ordinator
Sarah has over 15 years of combined experience within the social care and business sector.
She is responsible for the day to day running of the office and any administrative matters including recruitment, HR and rotas. Sarah is the first point of call for all care related enquires, is responsible for carrying out initial assessments and co-ordinating between individuals, support team and other relevant professionals.
Training Officer / S.M.I.L.E Club Manager
Designated Safeguarding Officer
Emma has many years experience in the training of personnel and in people management. She is responsible for the Management of the S.M.I.L.E Club and for ensuring all our staff gain the necessary qualifications required.
